Shipment & return

Progress of your order

After you have ordered, you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation. There is a unique link in this e-mail. With that link you can see the status of your order in our system.

Delivery

Orders placed with us before 2 p.m. and paid for are usually shipped the same day. We use UPS for delivery. After the shipment has been entered into our system you will receive the track and trace information from us by e-mail.

Delivery times

Orders that have been paid with iDeal, Credit card or PayPal and that have been completed on working days before 2:00 pm, will be sent the same day (if the products are in stock). Your package is usually delivered to your home the following day. If (part of) your order is not in stock, you will receive a message about this.

Viewing period

As a consumer, with a distance purchase via a web shop you are entitled to a trial period of 14 days. This period starts after you have received your order. In practice, this means for you as a consumer that you may return a product within 14 calendar days (a part of your order).

Return conditions

In accordance with the trial period of 14 days, you may return a product during this period. The condition is that you return the product in the undamaged original packaging - if reasonably possible - and the product shows no signs of use. To check whether a product fits, you can remove the product from the package and keep it next to your pet. The product may not have been in contact with your pet for hygienic reasons. If on return we find that the product is stained, worn, contains hair, smells dirty or has been washed, then we can charge costs for the depreciation. Since we are often confronted with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to follow these rules for fitting and / or returning.

Wrong delivery

If a mistake was made by us during the delivery (for example, an incomplete, incorrect or damaged delivery), we advise you to contact our customer service immediately and ask for a return label.

Guarantee

If you make a purchase at Suitical International, the legal guarantee applies (in accordance with Article 12 of the General Terms and Conditions). The legal guarantee means that a product must meet what can reasonably be expected of it.
