Activating the cooling panel

First open the valve cap and fill the vest with water. Check the chart below for the quantity of water required. Close the valve cap. Evenly distribute the water throughout the vest by gently pressing against it with your hands on all sides. Fold the vest, open the valve cap and gently squeeze out all excess water. Now close the valve cap. The water in the vest will immediately start the cooling process. No gels, refrigeration or other chemicals are needed. The vest will stay cool for up to 3 days. After using the vest, simply hang-dry for storage.
